Though new to real estate, I am no stranger to marketing, sales and advertising. As a Ph.D. in Kinesiology, I have been a university professor for 12 years, excelling in teaching and mentoring and enjoying the inherent interpersonal reward. I gained important promotional ability as a professional dancer, and real-world business experience in the sport industry. In directing and managing a successful elite men's sport team and an international caliber race event for 10 years, I was responsible for the acquisition of sponsorships, marketing, budgeting, and production aspects of these entities. From these experiences, I have developed a strong sense of client service, personal salesmanship, and detailed follow-through. After moving to the Peterborough area with my husband in 2005 from Pennsylvania, I have chosen to redirect my enthusiasm and energy to the real estate profession. I am actively seeking home buyers and sellers alike to trust my commitment, professionalism, and growing expertise in handling all their real estate transactions. I'm a member of the Peterborough and the Kawarthas Association of Realtors, Ontario Real Estate Association and The Canadian Real Estate Association. My husband and I live in an environmentally-sensitive, off-grid home we built on 90 acres of forested land between Stoney Lake and Norwood.
