My planning experience includes 16 years as Planning Director for the City of Peterborough as well as appointments as Non-Profit Housing Coordinator and Corporate Planning Officer. In 1993, I established a private planning consulting practice (""Site Potential, Potential Site"") and completed a full business complement in 1994 with registration as a sales representative in real estate.

My real estate sales have included a full range of properties, with several listings combined with land development including subdivision.

I especially enjoy the challenge of ICI real estate as a member of the Commercial Investment Network divison. I have completed several commercial transactions as a Purchaser Agent.
