We provide every new team member with training and coaching, assisting you with goal-setting and business plans on an individual basis.
We have ongoing training and coaching sessions, open to anyone on the team. These sessions include everything you need to know to be successful:
- demonstrations on listing presentations
- personalizing portfolios
- selling and closing techniques
- how to handle multiple offers
- property evaluations (commercial and residential)
- role-playing scripts
- practice for cold-calls.
Remember: there is no such thing as a mistake in a training session!
