Century 21 United Realty Inc. Brokerage's* philosophy is to be the best in the business, not the largest.  To be the best, we must be selective in our recruiting.

We want our market share to increase annually by 10% minimum, through increased individual production rather than increased individuals.  We will do this through team effort, superior training and accountability by management.

The Team Versus The Individual

The definition of a team is a group of individuals with a common goal.  The philosophy of Century 21 United Realty Inc. Brokerage* is to have a team atmosphere.  We share information openly, we help one another if needed, we encourage Sales Representatives (or Brokers) to share their listings for advertising and open houses, and we encourage an in-office "open door" policy.  At the same time, we also promote and encourage independence and initiative, because strong individuals make for a stronger team.
