- Prepared and distributed feature sheets
- Followed up on showings
- Provided me with weekly follow-up calls
- Notified me when offers are registered
- Prepared for and explained the offer presentation process to me
- Presented and explained all offers to me
- Negotiated offer terms and conditions to my satisfaction
- Prepared and delivered appropriate notices
- Delivered to me, upon completion, all pertinent paperwork
- Delivered to my solicitor, upon completion, all pertinent paperwork
- When my property sold, erected a "sold" sign
- Offered assistance with bridge financing when requested
