• Provided me with weekly follow-up calls
• Notified me when offers are registered
• Prepared for and explained the offer presentation process to me
• Presented and explained all offers to me
• Negotiated offer terms and conditions to my satisfaction
• Prepared and delivered appropriate notices
• Delivered to me, upon completion, all pertinent paperwork
• Delivered to my solicitor, upon completion, all pertinent paperwork
