Market Analysis

We prepare a complete market analysis of properties that are for sale and have recently sold in your area, providing you with an accurate overview of market conditions. This will assist in making an intelligently informed decision concerning the value of your property.

Accurate Property Valuation

We help you determine the right asking price for your property based on current market conditions, such as buyer demand, competition and financing. By setting the right price, you will get the quickest possible sale in the least amount of time at the best market value.

Multiple Listing Service®

We prepare an accurate multiple listing agreement in accordance with the real estate board by-laws. This means that your listing is available to the over 400 licensed real estate salespeople involved in the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®).

Openness of Service

We furnish the pertinent information of your listing to any other REALTOR® who is licensed and governed by the Minister of Consumer & Commercial Relations for the Province of Ontario, providing they undertake to work under the directions of the Real Estate and Business Broker Act of Ontario.

We monitor and follow-up all showings to determine the attitudes of potential buyers and the market appeal of your home. This helps us to maintain a competitive position while your property is on the market.

Regular Communication

Communication is imperative in the marketing of your home. We provide you with regular verbal and/or written updates, to show you activities complete and future planning until your property is sold. We also notify you of any registered offers on your property in accordance with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.

Explanation of Offers

Part of our commitment to you is preparing, presenting and explaining all offers. We verify the terms of any offers and provide you with updated market conditions, with a goal of arriving at terms acceptable to you while meeting the needs and requirements of the buyer.

Availability

As part of our service, we deliver required documents and other papers to you. We are available to give and receive any notices in accordance with the terms of any offers. We also undertake to notify your lawyer and deliver to him all information available to us to ensure the orderly sale of your property.
