Open Houses
We prepare and hold open houses of your home for fellow REALTORS®, prior to showing the property to prospective buyers. As an option, we also prepare and hold public open houses that attract potential buyers who drive through the neighbourhood looking for open houses.
Monitor and Follow-up
We monitor and follow-up all showings to determine the attitudes of potential buyers and the market appeal of your home. This helps us to maintain a competitive position while your property is on the market.
Regular Communication
Communication is imperative in the marketing of your home. We provide you with regular verbal and/or written updates, to show you activities complete and future planning until your property is sold. We also notify you of any registered offers on your property in accordance with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.

As part of our service, we deliver required documents and other papers to you. We are available to give and receive any notices in accordance with the terms of any offers. We also undertake to notify your lawyer and deliver to him all information available to us to ensure the orderly sale of your property.
